On your first cleanse you may want to also have raw carrots, avocado, and or sweet potato. You may experience headaches. Remember you are releasing toxins. You could be feeling this from sugar, caffeine and/or other processed foods in your system. I replace my coffee with green tea for the 3 days as well. One thing to note is they why you are doing the cleanse. For me it’s about detoxing, alkalizing the blood stream and resetting the gut. This isn’t about loosing weight so if you feel like you need food, just try to pick raw vegetables. :)
